Payment Terms: For U.S. domestic orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, checks, and wire transfers. Purchase Orders will be considered on an individual basis. For international orders we accept payment by wire transfers or bank checks sent in advance. 

Shipping Terms: Customer is responsible for shipping charges. 

Returned Goods Policy:

Returned Goods: Equipment may be returned within a 30-day period from the invoice date. All returns must be authorized by Parkland Scientific and a Return Authorization Number must accompany all returned goods. When returning items due to customer error or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs and may incur a 10% to 30% restocking fee depending on product manufacturer. Custom orders may not be returnable. The customer is responsible for proper packaging of returned items. Damage due to improper or insufficient packing is responsibility of the customer.
